Booking
  • When making your taxi reservation, it is crucial to allocate ample time, taking into account airline check-in requirements and potential traffic delays. Cabookingcrete emphasizes the importance of proper time management to ensure a smooth and punctual journey. We cannot be held responsible for delays arising from insufficient time allocation or passengers being unprepared for collection at the designated time. Your cooperation in adhering to scheduled pickup times is greatly appreciated as we strive to provide efficient and reliable transportation services.
  • Choosing a vehicle that adequately accommodates passengers and luggage is your responsibility. Cabookingcrete cannot guarantee transportation for excessive luggage. Please note that, regardless of age, each child is considered one passenger. If wheelchair transportation is needed, please specify this requirement during the booking process. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a comfortable and seamless travel experience.

Prices & Payment

  • Upon receipt of your request, Cabookingcrete will provide a quote via email based on the information provided. The agreed-upon rate between the company and the customer for the specified service does not encompass fines or additional charges. The offer is subject to revision in the event of significant alterations to the original itinerary, passenger count, or required vehicle type/size.
  • The quote includes a waiting window of [60] minutes after the scheduled landing time at no extra cost. While efforts will be made to monitor flight delays before the driver’s departure for the airport, Cabookingcrete does not assume any obligation in this regard.
  • Upon acceptance of the quote, you will receive an email confirming your booking. It is imperative to review your booking confirmation thoroughly and promptly notify Cabookingcrete of any inaccuracies. Any delays or expenses incurred due to incorrect information provided are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Payment options encompass credit card, debit card, and cash. All payments are settled at the conclusion of each transfer directly to the driver, unless otherwise specified with a request for payment 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

The Service

  • You are responsible for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. In the event that any passenger causes the vehicle to become soiled, a cleaning fee of €80 will be charged.
  • Consumption of food, beverages, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • To ensure the safety of all young travelers, it is mandatory to properly restrain children according to their age, weight, and height. Parents are encouraged to provide and install appropriate child seats. The driver may provide such seats at the pick-up or the return journey if necessary.
  • Cabookingcrete strictly adheres to passenger limits set by its insurance and licensing regulations. Exceeding these limits is not permitted.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Cabookingcrete as soon as possible. A cancellation fee may apply if the vehicle has already been dispatched. This fee will be calculated based on the distance or time covered by the assigned driver before the cancellation takes effect. Typically, airport journeys are dispatched up to 3 hours before the scheduled flight arrival and 5 hours before the scheduled flight departure, while local journeys are dispatched up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

Non-Show Policy

  • A “non-show” occurs when the customer fails to be present at the designated location on the specified date and time.
  • In the event of a non-show, the transfer will be charged in full, as if the service had been successfully completed.
  • If the customer has only made a partial payment for the total amount and does not appear for the transfer, the remaining balance will be charged to the customer’s card. If no payment has been made for the transfer, the driver will report the incident to the tourist police with all necessary documentation to recover the funds.
  • If, during the online booking process, the customer provides an incorrect address or departure time, or fails to provide an address altogether, the “no-show” policy will be enforced.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a pickup address that is accessible to the selected vehicle.
Liability
  • Cabookingcrete will endeavor to ensure your punctual arrival at the destination; however, it shall not be liable for losses incurred due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control during the journey. Cabookingcrete shall not be held liable (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for the loss of profits, business, or any indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances.
  • All luggage is transported at your own risk.
  • Cabookingcrete reserves the right to cancel all services and provide refunds in the event of a declared national emergency, riot, war, fuel shortage, extreme weather, terrorist attack, or other circumstances beyond its control. In case of a breakdown during your journey, Cabookingcrete will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle promptly to complete the journey.
  • You are responsible for indemnifying Cabookingcrete against all losses, costs, damages, and expenses arising from the actions or omissions of any passenger in your party.
  • Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for willful default, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other instances where such limitation is deemed unenforceable by applicable law.
Termination

Cabookingcrete retains the authority to promptly decline or terminate any booking that poses a threat of harm, violence, or abuse to any driver or vehicle, whether by you or any passenger in your party. In such instances, all passengers will be required to disembark the vehicle at the earliest safe opportunity. No refunds will be provided if the journey is terminated prematurely.

Miscellaneous
  • Cabookingcrete reserves the option to subcontract its obligations under this Agreement. Conversely, you are prohibited from assigning, transferring, or delegating any of your rights or duties under this Agreement.
  • Cabookingcrete has the authority to amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting revisions online. It is recommended to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes. All existing bookings will be honored at the quoted rate or the applicable rate in effect at the time of booking.
  • Cabookingcrete will handle, process, and utilize all information concerning your details in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
  • This Agreement, together with any accompanying quotation, constitutes the entire understanding between you and Cabookingcrete regarding its subject matter. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the quotation, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
  • No provision in this Agreement is intended to confer benefits upon any third party, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise. No third party shall have the right to enforce any rights under this Agreement unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Transporting Children

Infants and children are considered passengers, and it is the customer’s responsibility to notify the company of the age of the infant/child. This information is crucial for selecting the correct seat to ensure their safety. We will supply additional seats at no additional charge to accommodate them.
